There's a new tradition in my neighborhood of girlfriends. We're planning monthly Girl's Nights, you see, and last month I took the helm of the Estrogenic Ship and set sail for Skewers restaurant in search of Middle Eastern cuisine, baklava and belly dancing. Sorry, I was so mesmerized by the dancer I didn't get any pictures of her, but here's a few shots from the evening. If it weren't for my gimpy ankle, I would have joined my buddy Angela for a few undulations around the restaurant between the main course and dessert. Speaking of dessert, many huge thanks to Suzanne for sharing her gift of ordering sweet concoctions for all of us. The chocolate ravioli was almost more delight than a woman can handle.

I'm glad you are all having so much fun and I rejoice with you in it. If you are on the Helmswoman for the Estrogen Ship, doesn't that make you a sailor? All the same, keep the momentum going.

Hey, Bob, there are femal sailors on board every Navy ship these days. Things look mighty festive in those photos, Susan. Don't think I need to ask if you all had a good time. Three cheers for girls night out!!!!! Next time I visit you we'll have to coordinate the time with this monthly event.

Wish I could have sailed on that Estrogenic ship as well. I could use some good company this week. Looks like a great time was had by all!
