Susan, you caught the contrast between the old Nelson-Atkins and the new Bloch building perfectly. The staid and solid columns of Greece and the light, airy, modern design of 2007. I especially like the deep blue of the nighttime snow against the yellow of the Bloch building's glow and the darkness of the Nelson and the deep purple of the sky. What colors and contrasts. Masterful.
