start with yourself
widen your circle

bless all your angels
widen your circle

pray for a friend
widen your circle

send light to a stranger
widen your circle

love your enemy
widen your circle

spread kindness and love
widen your circle

to all beings, everywhere
widen your circle

the circle is you
widen yourself

Send light to a stranger ~ Abigayle is only 11 years old and would certainly benefit from a shot of lovingkindness today. I'm getting out of the habit of mentioning specific illnesses, so please widen your magical interior by sending lovingkindess her way today.

Something has emerged here in Bahrain. A small meditation group. There are 4 of us who are meeting every Tuesday and Thursday at lunch time at the base chapel. I hope that it can continue after I return to the US. Your thoughts and blessings would be appreciated for this.
