A heart in love with beauty never grows old.
~ unknown
How in the world did I capture this photograph? If I were to come across this in a magazine or book, I'd suspect it was entirely premeditated. While focusing the lens and lining up the shot, a rugby-ish lad came blazing up the sidewalk, sped round my ankles and into the viewfinder. Like a frog jumping without thinking the shutter went *click*,*click*,*click*
Jumping without thinking? Lots of that going on in my life right now ~ spellbinding and kind of spooky all at the same time.

Maybe this is the lad who'd been sitting in that chair in yesterday's post and finally decided he wanted to be seen! Gorgeous photos!!

Just found your site through Rivanna River Days...I am in love with your photographs! Photography is something I adore and have absolutely no talent for. I will just admire your photo's (and Joan's!). And, BTW, lovely writing that accompanies the pics!

The world offers wonderful things if you just accept them as the gifts they are. No fear. No second guessing. No apprehension. Gifts from the angels.

Shouted after the rugbylike kid:
Wait! Wait for me! I'm right behind you!
