Pinch me, I think I might be in heaven. A big thanks to Jose for suggesting I sell my old wedding photography equipment. I made enough off the sale to afford the body, and the money I've made shooting for greeting cards put a dent in the cost for my lenses. WOW! I own a 30D!

Not to put too fine a point on it, but it ain't the equipment, it's the photographer that creates the images, and it's hard for me to imagine that the new machine will do much to change what is already splendid!

Enjoy, Susan!

Awhhh shucks, Ed! Thanks.

There is something to be said for developing an eye. My heroes in photography including Sally Mann, Edward Weston, Ansel Adams, and Margaret Bourke White could shoot a masterpiece using a plastic lens. It takes much practice to develop an eye, but then again, there's much to be said for quality gear. If you have a good eye, quality equipment can only help!
