If you happen to be wondering where all my swell new 30D images have gone and why I'm not going wild posting my newest images ~ the reason is I'm remarkably close to launching a complete re-design of Visual-Voice. New! Improved! Now with bigger images!
It's not so much that I don't like the original design... it's more that I've grown tired of it. I love the simplicity of the original Visual-Voice. I intentionally chose muted colors so the design wouldn't compete with the photography, but I'd like to add a column of links to blogs I adore, to my friend's blogs, and have a pre-designed place to link out to Banjo Bunny e-cards as well as Frameable Images.
So ~ I'm diving into new territory with a big facelift. This site will look very different than it does now. I'd have the newest version up right now if it weren't for the finicky nature of Internet Explorer and it's bastardized method of displaying code. I do this for a living, ya know... and everything was looking fine across all platforms until I inserted the movable type tags and IE blatantly chose to screw up all the spacing in my archive listings.
Most web developers will tell you that ~ like AOL ~ IE completely sucks and is the work of Satan himself. I'm convinced Microsoft's main agenda is to cause discomfort in this world. If you're a windows user, surely you will take what I say with a grain of salt, seeing as I'm a Mac-Head and all... but seriously... it's true... functional, elegant, intuitive software is simply NOT their forte.
Anywho ~ I may just launch the new look and feel despite the IE line spacing looking like a train wreck. Who actually LOOKS at the archive pages anyway, huh?

YAY!! I'm so excited to see your new digs! Sorry about the IE problems - I loathe them too! We can live with a few glitches if you can.
Holding thumbs it all works out quickly and painlessly!!
