Pumpkin Muffins in the Oven!

Ahhhh Haa! Haa! Ha! Haaaaaa! I'm making muffins!
As I write this, they are IN THE OVEN ~ baking!
Susan hardly ever bakes. This is a grand moment. I totally forgot to put the molasses in the recipe... I was so EXCITED about doing my Martha Stewart impersonation that I lost my head for a moment. I don't have a sweet tooth, so I'm hoping it just won't matter.
The apartment smells like cinnamon, and it smells so festive in here that I popped in a Christmas CD and am pretending it's Christmas today. (The Advent Calendar project is fast-approaching, and I best be getting into the mood, and quick!) If the muffins look (and taste) as good as they did before putting them into the oven, I'll post the recipe at a later date.
Good God, I love pumpkin!
