Tired Cookie

The fortune cookie I took pictures of two days ago gave up the ghost after being exposed to the wonderful week-long Washington, DC summer swamp-fest. It's been in the 90's with 3000% humidity with afternoon thunderstorms a daily occurance.
Poor little fortune pancake cookie. It was good while it lasted.... see, there's a REASON they come individually wrapped!
( I have an idea... why not have churches hand out fortune cookies during communion on humid days. Here in DC, by the end of the service, they will have magically opened, leaving a slip of paper with a scripture written on it. They could be called Communion Cookies.)
