Sea Salutations

I set the camera on self-timer to shoot this picture of me. There is nothing like practicing yoga on a deserted beach and watching the sun rise. It's one of the coolest things I've ever done.

There's something wonderful about doing yoga outdoors and feeling the unfiltered, uncontrolled (and uncontrollable) breeze gently blowing over one's skin.

I took a yoga class in college and have never lost the sense that one day I will do that again.

But I haven't so far.

my massage therapist JUST told me I should look into yoga. and the peacefulness of this picture makes me even more excited at the prospect!
