I love the quote and I went on to read the article.Having had a bad childhood which led to many years as a junkie, I am fully aware of depression. How true that article is. I had to make the decision to get out of this depression about myself and work on feeling happy. It was very hard because I had never really been happy. It is still something that I have to work on every day, but I am happy now and like myself and life. Very good read. Thank you!
