Washington, DC was just beautiful today ~ Riggs Bank looked like a temple in the crisp, clear, dry air. I shot this after stepping out of the DMV, which makes this the first image I've produced as an official DC resident. I am also offically taxed and unrepresented now... something's just not right about that.
